There is an extreme lack of education for lots of children and violence is oppressing the families with less money and results in structural poverty and can lead to disease and conflict.
TB and Malaria are also big problems and having their government spend a lot of money on the war and military and whatever involved takes away from the money able to spend on helping people get cures and treatment. Their unsanitary conditions also lead to things like cholera, Congo-Crimea hemorrhagic fever, measles, meningitis, and pertussis. Outbreaks of scurvy have also been reported.
Bombers are meant to be used in war as weapons against the enemy’s military and/or make their weapons unusable, but instead many families and civilians are greatly affected. This also happened in Japan before when nuclear bombs were used from the U.S. defending South Korea. Bombs often make long-lasting affects on areas due to things like radiation poisoning that kills many children who have no participation with the war anyways.
